Husband Cohabitating
We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
